The downside is that you lose affection with one of the girls that actually matter, but it does give you more affection points with her. Also, Maray does have a best option, it's Gossip. If you're a savescummer, it's definitely the choice to go for when possible. It may not be the safest, but if you manage to do it successfully, it is the one that nets you the most amount of affection. You're missing Flirt, which is the actual best option for everyone other than Maray and is as effective as Charm for Asaga in terms of affection gain. And Sola's is religion, which requires 10 visits to the shrine.
Murray doesn't really have one, but safe options are sport, 30+ fittness, and weather both for 1,0. Chigara's is science, 2 or 0 affection, which requires 100 int. Asuga's is charm, 2 or 0 affection, which takes 50+ charisma.
